How soon can I get my order?
The shirts listed on this webstore are a pre-order, so items will be printed and shipped to customers within 10 business days of the end of the webstore. See the countdown timer on our home page for the amount of time left to order.
How do you ship and where do you ship to?
Orders within the Charlottetown, Stratford and Cornwall area on Prince Edward Island will be delivered in a poly-bag mailer to customer's mailboxes and orders outside of this area will be shipped via UPS ground. We are able to ship products across Canada, however we presently do not offer international shipments.
What are you doing to ensure this process is safe and to avoid the spread of COVID-19?
Golden Custom's production facility is now closed to the public and most staff members are at home observing social distancing measures. We have adapted our production process to cut out almost all human to human contact and discussed these changes with a representative at Health PEI. Additionally, shared surfaces are being sanitized several times daily during production and remaining team members are putting a strong emphasis on hand washing.
What payment methods are accepted for orders?
We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard for payment options. All payments are accepted securely through Paypal's payment processing system.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices listed are in CAD and include applicable taxes in the listed pricing.
How does your sizing run?
Our t-shirts do run true to normal market sizing, however we ask that customers be sure to check the sizing chart list on the shirts product page to be sure. As these shirts are cotton based, some shrinkage when washed in hot water is normal. For best results and minimal shrinkage, wash in cold water and air dry.
What is your return policy?
Returns are not accepted on custom printed garments unless an item is defective (error in print or garment construction). Please ensure to notify us of any defects or misprints requiring a return within 5 business days of receiving a order. Because we create custom made-to-order printed products, we cannot provide returns for buyers remorse or sizing issues. Please ensure to have checked the sizing charts provided on our website before finalizing an order. Orders are considered Final Sale, but please reach out to us at email@example.com for questions or issues.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by UPS for delivery, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address for shipment with you.
